Online Bill Payment
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 16, 2020 -- We have transitioned to a new billpay system.
When you click to pay, you will be asked to set up a username and password. Through this system you can see your bill online, get email/text alerts when you have a new bill available, and store your preferred payment method, as well as access other features. You will need to enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER, found at the top right-hand corner of your bill, as well as the name on JWSC account.
You can still pay by phone without setting up an account, but we do encourage all of our customers to set up an account. There is no charge to access your bill or get email/text alerts. There will only be a charge when you use the service to PAY your bill online or over the phone. You will also be able to pay with a credit or debit card in our office.

- For all online or card transactions, there is a 3% convenience fee (minimum $1.75) that is paid directly to Nexbillpay Payment Systems.
- Jonestown Water Supply Corporation does not receive any of the convenience fee collected by Nexbillpay Payment Systems.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
